Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my date?
Yes a deposit of 25% must be paid at time of booking to secure date for event.
“Remainder balance due the day before event”
Can I get a refund?
A event needs to be canceled no more than 14 days before the date of the event to receive a full refund including the deposit. Any cancellation within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit made for that event.
How do I get my videos?
Depending on the package you will either get a link to access all videos or a QR code will be given to access them on shared station.
How many people can’t fit on the 360 camera?
The 360 camera platform is 80 cm fitting 1-3 people comfortably on the platform.
What is the minimum amount of hours required to book?
Zeroto360 requires a minimum of 2 hour rentals for 360 camera services.
Can I book for more than 4 hours?
Yes! Zeroto360 Photo Booth services can be booked for as many hours as you need.
